Included Health—Black Health Community

To ensure that all members have access to culturally competent care, Included Health launched a product specifically for members who identify as Black. Nina partnered with a racially diverse internal team and outside research group to identify barriers to care for Black members and test taglines and messaging that resonated most with this community.
